Job summary

• Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments to effectively manage customer inquiries throughout the process.
• Ensure timely and accurate follow-up of booking requests received via email.
• Enter booking data into the ERP system accurately.
• Manage and track required documentation for end-to-end service.
• Handle customer complaints, propose solutions, and follow up through resolution.
• Maintain customer records, process accounts, and file documents properly.
• Escalate major incidents and claims to the appropriate departments.
