You will coordinate warehouse, trucking, airlines, handlers, and customers, maintain operational data, and contribute to continuous improvement while benefiting from a structured onboarding and international group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• Additional certifications or training related to logistics, cargo operations, or safety standards are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily cargo activities, ensuring shipments are handled efficiently from start to finish.
• Ensure accurate shipment documentation and compliance with company, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address operational challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate operational data and support effective communication between stakeholders.
• Coordinate the handling of specific cargo in line with established procedures.
• Support booking management, service quality, and operational performance.
• Contribute to cost efficiency, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure smooth communication and handover between teams to maintain operational continuity.

Education
