Job summary

Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is seeking a Logistics Administrator to manage shipping and receiving documentation, ERP data, and transport bookings. You will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining customs compliance across road and air freight.

A higher education degree is required, with strong MS Office and ERP skills. Fluent Dutch, French and English are used for internal and supplier communications.

Qualifications

• A higher education degree.
• Solid proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Practical knowledge of ADR regulations, customs laws, and Incoterms.
• Understanding of logistics operations, including road and air freight.
• Structured and precise approach with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to train and develop expertise in transport compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support for goods movement (shipping/receiving docs).
• Schedule and monitor transport bookings.
• Verify and ensure adherence to customs laws and review shipments.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on imports/exports.
