Qualifications

• Additional certifications or training in logistics, cargo operations, or safety standards are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily cargo activities from start to finish to ensure efficient handling.
• Ensure accurate shipment documentation and compliance with company, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address operational challenges; communicate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate operational data and support effective communication between teams and customers.
• Coordinate the handling of specific cargo following established procedures.
• Support booking management, service quality, and operational performance.
• Contribute to cost efficiency, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure smooth communication and handover between teams to maintain operational continuity.
