Job summary

TVH is seeking an AI Transformation Manager to drive the realisation of strategic AI value across the organization. You will partner with the Director of Digital Data Products and AI and executive leadership to scale the enterprise AI strategy and ensure measurable business outcomes.

You will lead adoption, change management, and governance initiatives, fostering an AI-ready culture and ensuring ethical deployment, transparency, and governance across the lifecycle of AI initiatives at TVH.

Qualifications

Master Facilitator capable of bridging technical teams and business stakeholders.
Organizational fit with a self-starting, hands-on mindset.
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data governance, and ethical deployment standards.
Experience applying product-thinking, change management, and Agile/Scrum to technical projects.
Proven people leadership and ability to coach teams in a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to execute and scale enterprise-wide AI strategy.
Lead expansion, adoption, and integration of AI technologies across TVH departments.
Drive AI governance, ethics, and value tracking across lifecycle stages.
