Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Data & AI Strategist to advise clients on value creation from AI and data. You will shape enterprise AI strategies, develop roadmaps, and embed Responsible AI while leading large-scale delivery and engaging senior stakeholders.

You will define data assets, operating models and platform strategy, translating complex data into actionable insights to drive measurable outcomes for clients in a dynamic, consulting environment.

Qualifications

• AI & Data Strategy experience across projects.
• High-value consulting experience with large-scale delivery.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders.
• Engineering mindset to apply tech to business problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals.
• Excellent leadership and people skills.
• Good understanding of financial statements; read balance sheets.
• Fluency in French or Dutch, plus English.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision for data & AI led business reinvention.
• Define and structure data/AI strategy; build assets/technologies for growth.
• Assess AI/data foundation maturity; blueprint future operating model.
• Create business case, investment profile and roadmap.
• Infuse Responsible AI into vision and roadmap; plan ecosystem partnerships.
• Identify people, processes and tech to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
