Leading multidisciplinary teams of consultants, data scientists, and engineers, you will champion responsible AI, governance, and scalable architectures while guiding innovation and client engagements

Our client is a leading professional services company supporting organizations in their digital and business transformation journeys. To further strengthen its Artificial Intelligence capabilities and support growing client demand, our client is looking for an AI Director to lead its AI strategy, advisory services, and transformation initiatives.

As AI Director, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the AI vision both internally and across client engagements. Acting as the bridge between technology and business, you will help executive stakeholders understand how Artificial Intelligence can create competitive advantages, improve operational efficiency, and unlock new growth opportunities. This role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, business acumen, and technical credibility. You will engage with C-level executives to define AI roadmaps and transformation programs, while maintaining the ability to challenge architects, data scientists, and engineering teams on technical implementation choices.

AI Strategy & Executive Advisory

• Define and drive AI strategies aligned with clients' business objectives and transformation agendas.
• Advise C-level stakeholders on AI opportunities, investment priorities, governance frameworks, and organizational change.
• Identify emerging market trends and translate them into actionable business initiatives.
• Support executive decision-making by assessing the value, risks, and scalability of AI initiatives.
• Establish strategic AI roadmaps that deliver measurable business impact.

Business Transformation & Client Engagement

• Lead executive discussions around AI-driven transformation and innovation.
• Partner with clients to identify use cases that improve productivity, customer experience, operational excellence, and revenue generation.
• Act as a trusted advisor for senior leadership teams throughout their AI journey.
• Support business development efforts, proposal creation, and executive presentations.
• Represent our client in strategic meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Technology & Innovation Leadership

• Provide leadership on AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Automation, Data Platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Challenge and guide technical teams on architecture, scalability, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Ensure that technology choices support long-term business objectives.
• Drive innovation initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships across business and technology functions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams composed of consultants, AI specialists, data professionals, and technology leaders.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical experts and business decision-makers.
• Mentor and develop future leaders within the AI practice.
