Board of Innovation in Belgium is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to own the quality and delivery of complex AI transformation engagements, working closely with Directors to ensure excellent execution and client-facing strategic thinking.

You'll lead enterprise clients through opportunity structuring, business cases, roadmaps, and operating model design, while mentoring junior team members and growing account relationships and proposal development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting or transformation advisory.
• Ability to lead multi-workstream AI transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and decision-making under ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements across multiple workstreams.
