Job summary

Khova.ai is building a new brand and go-to-market motion and seeks an SDR to join from Genk or Amsterdam. You’ll build opportunities, research decision makers and test multi-channel campaigns with AI support.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing and leadership, taking ownership from day one in a fast-moving, international team. Expect two days in the office initially with flexible arrangement as Khova grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or SaaS with a rapid-moving environment.
• Ability to research companies, industries and decision makers.
• Comfort with AI-assisted outreach and experimentation.
• Strong English communication for an international team.

Responsibilities

• Build and qualify new opportunities across target markets.
• Research companies, industries and decision makers.
• Create and test outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone and new channels.
• Experiment with messaging and audiences to improve campaigns.
• Use AI for research, data enrichment, and sales intelligence.
• Keep CRM accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on campaigns and GTM initiatives.
