Dalton AI in Ghent is hiring a sales hire to run full-cycle deals alongside the founders. This role is hands-on and requires selling to B2B SaaS teams, with an emphasis on outbound prospecting, demos, and close. You will work closely with the founders on messaging and the ideal customer profile.

The position is in-office in Ghent, with a fast-paced environment where learning and execution are valued over traditional management trajectories.

Qualifications

• A few years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally to marketing, growth, or e-commerce teams.
• Track record of running full-cycle deals, not just booking meetings.
• Comfortable learning a technical, evolving product and explaining conversion optimization clearly.

Responsabilités

• Run outbound prospecting and build your own pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, close.
• Run product demos and explain how the platform and experiments work.
• Keep the CRM clean: pipeline, notes, next steps.
• Collaborate with founders on messaging and ICP.
