Dataroots, a Talan company, seeks an AI Deployment Strategist to translate business ambition into practical AI deployments. You’ll sit with users, map real workflows and design agentic solutions connecting to client data and systems.

You’ll own end-to-end delivery: build working prototypes, guide adoption, and train teams while balancing data privacy, compliance, and business value in a client-facing role across Belgium.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and shipping software or data systems.
• Experience taking LLM tools beyond demos and applying them in practice.
• Ownership background (founder/lead/engineer).
• Fast learner with ability to map real work and identify exceptions.
• Fluent English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Sit with workers to map real processes, not just docs.
• Identify bottlenecks and design end-to-end agented workflows.
• Pressure-test use cases against data and feasibility.
• Build RAG-based assistants and agentic automation in client environments.
• Train users and engineers; document and monitor value over time.
