You will translate digital strategy into concrete transformation roadmaps with clear objectives, milestones, and risk management, and design a target operating model and governance frameworks aligned with agile principles.

Responsabilités

• Perform maturity assessments and organizational analysis to identify strategic improvement areas and gaps.
• Translate digital strategy into concrete transformation roadmaps with clear objectives, milestones, and risk management.
• Design and implement a target operating model and governance frameworks aligned with agile principles.
• Define IT-specific KPIs, metrics, and OKRs to monitor delivery flow, quality, and transformation impact.
• Coach and mentor the internal coaching team to enhance competencies in system thinking and change management.
• Advise senior management on agile leadership, shifting traditional governance patterns toward autonomy and transparency.
