Keystone Solutions seeks an Agile Transformation Coach to drive IT transformation at a client site. You will lead Agile maturity assessments, craft roadmaps, and design an operating model that aligns with Agile principles across governance and leadership.

The role requires expert Agile coaching, change management skills, and the ability to transfer knowledge for sustainable change within large IT organizations. Dutch or French plus English are required for effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading Agile transformations in large IT organizations.
• Expert in Agile & Lean with strong strategic and analytical thinking.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities with focus on sustainable change.
• Strong knowledge transfer to enable autonomous, resilient teams.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English; professional communication in all contexts.

Responsabilités

• Agile Maturity Assessment & Organizational Analysis: assess, map gaps and risks; challenge practices with external expertise.
• Transformation Strategy & Roadmap: translate strategy into IT initiatives and prioritize actions.
• Operating Model & Agile Governance: design future operating model; define roles and decisions.
• KPI's, Metrics & Success Criteria: define IT KPIs and help management interpret them.
• Coaching & Mentoring of the Agile Coaching Team: elevate competencies in organizational change.
• Management Coaching & Agile Leadership: guide IT leaders toward autonomous, transparent leadership.
