ITBuilders in Belgium is seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Coach to drive organizational change across AWOW and EITS. You will lead maturity assessments, define targeted improvements, and translate strategy into concrete initiatives with measurable milestones.

You will design a future operating model, establish governance, and mentor a coaching team to build autonomous, high-performing capabilities in agile transformation and leadership practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Agile & Lean practices and extensive experience guiding Agile transformations.
• Proven ability to coach teams, coaches, and management through organizational change.
• Experience designing governance, operating models, and maturity frameworks for large organizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead Agile maturity assessments across multiple domains and identify gaps, risks, and improvements.
• Translate digital strategy into actionable transformation initiatives with clear objectives and priorities.
• Develop a future operating model and Agile governance framework for sustained change.
• Define IT KPIs, metrics, and a tracking framework to measure progress and value delivery.
• Coach and mentor the Agile Coaching Team to build autonomy and capabilities.
• Guide IT management on agile leadership principles and promote autonomy and transparency.
