Adjugo is seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to drive the next phase of its digital and Agile transformation within the EITS IT department. You will conduct maturity assessments, translate strategy into a structured roadmap, and design an operating model and governance framework for sustainable change.

You will coach and mentor teams, strengthen stakeholder management, and ensure alignment across teams, governance and strategic objectives, using KPIs and OKRs to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Agile transformations in large, complex organisations.
• Proven coaching and mentoring of IT teams and Agile Coaches.
• Expertise in Agile governance, leadership and decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Lead maturity assessments and translate findings into a prioritized improvement roadmap.
• Design future operating model and Agile governance framework for the organisation.
• Coach and mentor the Agile Coaching Team and IT management on organizational change.
