Rhox is seeking a senior Agile Transformation Coach to guide a large IT organisation through Agile and Lean adoption. You will lead maturity assessments, shape a prioritized transformation roadmap, and design an effective governance framework.

The role involves coaching Agile Coaches, IT management, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements. You will facilitate workshops, align leadership, and translate findings into actionable initiatives with clear milestones and

Qualifications

Proven senior experience leading Agile/Lean transformations in large IT settings.
Ability to apply coaching, change management, governance, and scaling at enterprise level.
Experience running Agile maturity assessments and turning evidence into actions.
Proficient with Agile tooling for planning, collaboration, and reporting.
Strong skills in defining metrics, KPIs, OKRs and success criteria.
