Qualifications

• Experience in electronics, electromechanical systems, and technical support.
• Ability to troubleshoot across electronic and electromechanical components.
• Excellent verbal and written English; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 20%.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support the integration of electronic and electromechanical devices into larger systems and applications.
• Analyse technical issues and work with customers to identify and implement appropriate solutions.
• Communicate directly with customers using clear and technically accurate language.
• Act as a technical point of contact between customers and internal engineering teams.
• Assist with troubleshooting, testing, commissioning and resolving product-related issues.
• Interpret technical documentation, specifications, schematics and system requirements.
• Provide feedback from customers to internal R&D, engineering and product teams to support continuous product improvement.
• Support customer projects from initial integration through to after-sales support.
• Travel internationally, approximately 20% of the time, to support customers and projects on-site.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Professional experience in electronics, electromechanical systems, technical support, field engineering or a similar environment.
• Good understanding of electronic systems and the integration of hardware into larger systems.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues across electronic and electromechanical components.
• Able to communicate confidently with customers and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-oriented approach combined with a practical engineering mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with internal engineering teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 20% of the time.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
