Job summary

Avanade Inc. is seeking a motivated Organizational Change Manager to help global clients adopt new ways of working, from AI to digital transformation initiatives.

You will join a collaborative team of change practitioners focused on people, technology and learning while delivering hands-on client work and knowledge sharing. Responsibilities include designing change strategies, conducting impact assessments and developing adoption materials, complemented by workshops and training sessions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related fields.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions or engagement activities.
• Interest in technology and digital transformation.
• English language skills (spoken and written).

Qualifications

What you'll bring

• 3 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Enablement, Organizational Psychology, Learning & Adoption, Communications or a related field
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions or engagement activities
• Interest in technology and digital transformation
• English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot or AI adoption initiatives
• Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR or other change methodologies
• Experience in a consulting environment
