Role Overview
As part of the Digital Servicing team, we are strengthening our capabilities around Microsoft Copilot Chat and Copilot for Microsoft 365, key enablers of productivity, collaboration, and AI adoption across the organization. The Copilot Adoption Specialist plays a central role in driving the day‑to‑day adoption, usage, and continuous improvement of Copilot solutions, bridging technology, user experience, training, and community management.
Key Responsibilities
- Copilot Adoption & Community Management
- Build, manage, and animate user communities around Copilot Chat and Copilot for Microsoft 365.
- Foster engagement through regular communications, events, sessions, and knowledge sharing.
- Act as a visible point of contact and ambassador for Copilot within the organization.
- User Enablement & Training
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning materials adapted to different user profiles.
- Share tips, tricks, use cases, and best practices to help users get the most out of Copilot features.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning paths and onboarding content.
- User Support & Operational Follow‑up
- Provide day‑to‑day functional support to users, answering questions and helping resolve user‑related issues.
- Identify recurring issues or adoption barriers and propose improvement actions.
- Product Watch, Testing & Recommendations
- Closely follow the evolution of Copilot features and roadmap.
- Test new functionalities as they become available.
- Produce clear reports and recommendations on new features, including potential use cases, risks, and adoption value.
- Prompt Library Management
- Help design, maintain, and promote a centralized prompt library.
- Curate, test, and document high‑value prompts aligned with business needs.
- Encourage community contributions while ensuring quality and relevance.
- License Management & Adoption Insights
- Support the management and monitoring of Copilot licenses.
- Help ensure licenses are used effectively and aligned with organizational priorities.
Profile
- A master’s degree in computer sciences, engineering or equivalent technical field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot systems.
- Technological watch for Copilot products.
- Client oriented; used to work with business counterparts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
