NextLink Group in Brussels, Belgium is seeking a Copilot Adoption Specialist to drive the day-to-day adoption and usability of Copilot Chat and Copilot for Microsoft 365. You will bridge technology, user experience, training, and community management in a hybrid, full-time setup.

The role focuses on designing trainings, maintaining a prompt library, supporting users, and monitoring adoption metrics while reporting on new features, risks and value to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in a technical field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with business counterparts and client-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Copilot Adoption & Community Management: Build and animate user communities around Copilot features and serve as a visible ambassador.
• User Enablement & Training: Design and deliver training materials and sessions for diverse user profiles; share tips and best practices.
• User Support & Operational Follow-up: Provide day-to-day support and identify adoption barriers for improvement.
• Product Watch, Testing & Recommendations: Track Copilot feature evolution and test new functionalities; report on value and risks.
• Prompt Library Management: Maintain centralized prompt library; curate high-value prompts with business relevance.
• License Management & Adoption Insights: Help manage Copilot licenses and monitor adoption metrics.
