Are you the analytical mind we’re looking for? As an Administration Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in managing contract repositories and analyzing operational processes. You’ll provide customer-focused service, resolve issues efficiently, and work closely with our real estate department. With your organizational skills and proactive attitude, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly. • You are responsible for the day-to-day management of the contract safes within the agency and ensure the proper storage of sealed envelopes containing the contents of a safe;
• You remotely monitor outstanding rent payments and technical work;
• In collaboration with the real estate department and the various offices, you analyze the implications for the safes in the event of an office closure or renovation;
• You manage files and actively follow up on tasks, in line with priorities and agreed-upon arrangements;
• You analyze files and propose solutions to problems and discrepancies so that they are resolved on the first attempt;
• You provide customer-focused service, both internally and externally, by handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and complaints;
• With a growth-oriented mindset, you strive to further expand your knowledge and skills and actively contribute to process improvements;
• You also handle the on-call phone duty and are willing to provide support where needed.

• Has a strong interest in operational processes;
