Axis Group in Belgium is seeking an Account Manager to draft contracts, manage portfolio administration, and ensure client satisfaction. You will work directly with clients to sharpen your communication and organizational skills.

You will handle contract drafting (DocuSign), support billing and compliance documents, and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with sales teams. Fluent Dutch with English or French is required.

• Fluent in Dutch at native level with good working knowledge of French or English.

Join a dynamic company as an Account Manager! In this role, you’ll be responsible for drafting contracts and handling the administrative management of your portfolio. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with clients to ensure their satisfaction while developing your communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare contracts and amendments for the Mid-Market segment, using DocuSign and various contract management tools (GCC and AUT);
• Provide administrative follow-up on contracts, following up with clients to obtain signed documents and forwarding them to the relevant departments;
• Manage administrative compliance documents, billing documents, administrative follow-up, as well as the calculation of profit-sharing and any penalties;
• Manage a portfolio, including the preparation, issuance, and follow-up of quotes, proposals, contracts, and amendments for the sales teams;
• Serve as an Account Manager for a portion of the Easyliner portfolio, handling small-scale contracts;
• Answer incoming calls and follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction;
• Maintain a professional and proactive relationship with clients to guarantee high-quality service;
• Support the team by handling urgent requests and tasks to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

• Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Has strong organizational skills and demonstrates great attention to detail in administrative tasks;
• Is comfortable using computer tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software;
• Demonstrates strong team spirit and a customer-focused approach;
• You are fluent in Dutch at a native level and have a good working knowledge of French or English.
