Job summary

Axis Group in Belgium is seeking an Account Manager to draft contracts, manage portfolio administration, and ensure client satisfaction. You will work directly with clients to sharpen your communication and organizational skills.

You will handle contract drafting (DocuSign), support billing and compliance documents, and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with sales teams. Fluent Dutch with English or French is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch at native level with good working knowledge of French or English.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare contracts and amendments for the Mid-Market segment using DocuSign and contract tools.
• Provide administrative follow-up on contracts and obtain signed documents from clients.
• Manage administrative compliance and billing documents, including profit-sharing and penalties.
