ARHS Group in Belgium is seeking a Sales Account Officer to work closely with the sales team and provide efficient administrative support for the sales process. The role focuses on handling extension documents for consultants, updating CVs, and coordinating with account managers.

You will communicate with clients and consultants, manage deadlines, and ensure all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date in a fast-paced IT consultancy environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience with European Institutions is an asset.
• Excellent command of English; French is a plus.
• Eye for detail and well organized.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the day-to-day administration of a busy sales team.
• Prepare the administrative documents in collaboration with the account managers, ensuring documents for extensions are up to date.
• Support the account managers with preparation of supporting paperwork and documentation.
• Assist the sales team with general queries from clients.
• Assist with communications with consultants on service-related questions.
