A leading home retail brand in Australia is seeking a part-time Sales & Service Lead in Bondi Junction. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and manage store operations. With 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, applicants should demonstrate strong sales skills and attention to detail. This role offers 40 hours per fortnight with a rotating roster. Our Pottery Barn store in Bondi Junction is looking for a Sales & Service Lead (also known as a Sales & Service Key Holder) to create a unique shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment. This is a permanent, part-time position offering 40 hours per fortnight with a fixed two-week rotating roster, including alternate weekends.
