Brighter Signals in NSW is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for the Wound Closure portfolio. The role focuses on strategic account development, hospital conversions, and building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals across NSW.

Based in Sydney with frequent travel to hospitals, you'll collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions that improve patient outcomes and drive commercial success.

Qualificações

• Strong hospital sales experience, preferably from Cardiac or Orthopaedic devices or similar.
• Proven ability to drive product adoption and commercial growth.
• Excellent communication and clinical education skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accelerate growth by driving adoption of the Wound Closure portfolio across key accounts.
• Cultivate partnerships with surgeons, clinicians, and hospital stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities via strategic account planning and insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Education teams to deliver patient-focused programs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver innovative solutions.
