Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Sales Development Manager to join the Wound Closure team in NSW, Sydney. You will drive growth by leading hospital conversions, building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering tailored solutions that improve patient outcomes.

The role requires proven hospital sales experience in medical devices, exceptional communication and training skills, and the ability to work effectively in a field-based, travel-heavy

Formación

• Hospital sales experience in medical devices or similar
• Ability to train and educate clinicians on product use
• Strong relationship-building with surgeons, nurses and procurement
• Excellent presentation skills and clinical education capabilities
• Self-starter with field-based independence and team collaboration

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth of the Wound Closure portfolio through strategic account planning
• Lead hospital conversions and build long-term relationships with HCPs
• Deliver tailored solutions to improve customer outcomes
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education and Commercial teams on programs
• Represent the company with professionalism across NSW hospitals
