Job summary

Smith+Nebhew seeks a Territory Manager for Complex Wounds in NSW Hospital markets. You will drive growth in Advanced Wound Management products within hospital accounts, reporting to the Area Sales Manager, Advanced Wound Management. This role covers NSW hospital territory.

Core duties include achieving sales budgets, developing account plans, and aligning territory tactics with marketing strategies. Travel up to 25% domestically to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Formal education in Business or relevant medical field.
• Prior sales experience within healthcare.
• Indepth knowledge of the healthcare industry in Australia and New Zealand.
• Shown success selling into hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted sales, market share and focus products within assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain opportunities and key account management plans for selected products, reviewed quarterly.
• Ensure that all territory planning activities help drive the correct actions to maximize the return on the investment.
• Have a working knowledge of the Marketing and Hospital Channel Strategy as it relates to the designated product group to be able to assertively encompass the correct territory sales tactics.
• Utilise Challenger Methodology to maximize the customer’s sales experience.
