Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Wound Closure team seeks a seasoned Product Specialist to grow the Wound Closure portfolio across Western Sydney & Nepean. In this field-based role, you will partner with surgeons, clinical teams, procurement stakeholders, and hospital leaders to deliver innovative solutions and drive product adoption.

Your responsibilities include clinical education, on-site training, and developing strategic account plans to expand market share while delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

Degree qualified with proven hospital sales and territory management experience.
Ability to drive product adoption and commercial growth.
Strong communication, presentation and clinical education skills.

Responsibilities

Drive growth of the Wound Closure portfolio by achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
Build trusted partnerships with surgeons, nursing teams, procurement stakeholders, and hospital leaders.
Deliver clinical education, training, and on-site support to improve outcomes and product use.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to accelerate uptake of new products.
