Job summary

Smith Nephew is seeking a Territory Manager for Complex Wound Care in NSW to drive growth across public and private hospitals. You will build relationships with clinicians, develop key hospital accounts, and deliver against territory sales objectives.

You should have formal education in business or a medical field and proven healthcare sales experience. NPWT or advanced wound care exposure is a plus, with a passion for wound care and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales within Australia or NZ.
• Proven ability to drive hospital accounts and clinical adoption.
• Exposure to NPWT or advanced wound dressings is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of hospital systems and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted sales and market share targets across NSW public and private hospitals.
• Develop and execute account plans for key hospital customers.
• Identify growth opportunities and deliver territory sales objectives.
• Utilise Challenger Methodology to optimize the customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on marketing and hospital channel strategy.
• Complete reports accurately by due dates and drive process improvements.
