Job summary

Smith+Nephew seeks a Territory Manager for Complex Wounds in Hospital NSW to drive Advanced Wound Management products in hospital accounts across NSW. You will report to the Area Sales Manager, Advanced Wound Management, and lead opportunities with key accounts while aligning with hospital channel strategy.

Ideal candidates have healthcare sales experience, knowledge of the Australian hospital landscape, and proven success selling into hospitals.

Qualifications

Formal education in Business or relevant medical field.
Prior sales experience within the healthcare industry is critical.
In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry in Australia and/or New Zealand.
Experience selling into hospitals.
Travel up to 25% domestic.

Responsibilities

Aiieve budgeted sales, market share and focus products within assigned territory.
Develop and maintain opportunities and key account plans for selected products, reviewed quarterly.
Ensure territory planning drives actions to maximise ROI.
Understand Marketing and Hospital Channel Strategy for the product group.
Utilise Challenger Methodology to enhance customer sales experience.
Collaborate with other Smith+Nephew staff where responsibilities overlap.
Adhere to company policies and deliver reports on time.
Adopt continuous improvement and sales automation to boost efficiency.
