Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive (minimum).
• Proven background in managing a team of Technicians.
• Solid understanding of the workflow of a busy workshop.
• Motivation and leadership skills to achieve results.
• Ability to meet budgets and deadlines.
• Ability to handle pressure in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Broad range of mechanical/tyre knowledge across vehicle brands/types.
• Valid Australian drivers licence.

Responsibilities

• Allocate jobs to technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and high-quality repairs.
• Troubleshoot problems with technicians and provide guidance on mechanical issues.
• Drive superior customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
