Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a workshop, hold a Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive, and can manage budgets and deadlines within a busy, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive is required.
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on workshop experience.
• Proven background in managing a team of Technicians.
• Solid understanding of busy workshop workflows.
• Strong motivation and leadership to achieve results.
• Ability to meet budgets and deadlines.
• Capable under pressure in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Broad mechanical/tyre knowledge across vehicle brands.
• Valid Australian driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Allocate jobs to technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and high-quality repairs.
• Troubleshoot problems and guide solutions on mechanical issues daily.
