Job summary

mycar Glenmore Park is seeking an Automotive Workshop Controller. You will allocate jobs to technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repairs. You will guide technicians to troubleshoot issues and maintain strong customer service, while leading a busy workshop.

Previous supervisory automotive experience is required, with a Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive preferred. Join a team focused on safety, development, and delivering value to customers.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive.
• Proven background in leading a team of technicians.
• Strong understanding of workshop workflow and operations.
• Ability to meet budgets and deadlines plus strong communication skills.
• Broad knowledge of mechanical/tyre issues across vehicle brands.
• Valid Australian driver’s license.
