This role suits someone with prior automotive industry experience, especially as a senior technician or supervisor, who can manage budgets and deadlines and communicate effectively with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive required.
• Proven background in managing a team of Technicians.
• Solid understanding of workshop workflow and capacity.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and deadline management.
• Ability to handle pressure in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Broad mechanical/tyre knowledge across vehicle brands.
• Valid Australian drivers licence.
