Responsibilities

• Distribute job cards to technicians based on skill, availability and priorities.
• Monitor job progress, repair quality and service timelines.
• Liaise with Parts team for accurate information and readiness.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to technicians.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct quality checks and adherence to manufacturer standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and upskilling of technicians.
• Report on technician efficiency, productivity and workshop KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Workshop Controller

• Distribute job cards to technicians based on skill set, availability, and priorities
• Monitor job progress, repair quality, and service timelines throughout the day

• Ensure full compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
