Job summary

Harmony New Energy Auto Pro Servicing Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our automotive dealership in Australia. You will coordinate workshop workflow, distribute tasks, monitor progress and support technicians to ensure a seamless service experience from booking to delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or higher in automotive fields, strong customer service, and proficiency with dealer management systems such as Pentana, Revolution, or ERA.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in automotive or a related field.
• Experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of dealership management systems such as Pentana, Revolution or ERA.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Current driver's licence.
• Strong analysis, organization and training capabilities.
• Able to handle customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• Distribute job cards to technicians based on skill set and priority.
• Monitor job progress, repair quality and service timelines.
• Liaise with Parts to ensure accuracy and readiness.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Conduct quality checks and adherence to standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and upskilling of technicians.
• Report on technician efficiency, productivity and KPIs.
