Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2–3 years of related experience.
  • Intermediate problem-solving skills with ability to select solutions without supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain detailed information clearly.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for visitors and employees, issuing passes and guiding guests.
  • Answer phones professionally and greet callers.
  • Coordinate recreational, dining, and business activities as requested.
  • Manage janitorial/maintenance work orders and liaise with vendors.
  • Escalate inquiries and provide team support including meeting coordination.
  • Create client materials following brand guidelines.
  • Follow security procedures and assist in emergencies.
  • Identify and implement practical solutions with minimal supervision.
