CBRE in Sydney CBD is seeking a Workplace Experience Sr. Coordinator to deliver a world-class service experience to employees and guests.

You will be the first point of contact, greet visitors, issue passes, and coordinate activities while upholding security protocols. This role sits within the Workplace Experience team and focuses on creating a welcoming, efficient environment across the designated building.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
  • An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
  • Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
  • Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the telephone professionally to make a memorable first impression.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders and liaise with vendors as needed.
  • Escalate inquiries or complaints from employees and guests.
  • Provide team support including office supplies, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
  • Create customized client materials that follow brand guidelines.
  • Follow security and emergency procedures to ensure safety of all individuals.
  • Identify and solve typical and atypical problems without supervisory approval.
  • Evaluate solutions from established options; impact team via service quality.
  • Follow standardized procedures with regular supervision.

About The Role

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Sr. Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

What You’ll Do
  • First point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols. Escort visitors to the proper location.
  • Make a memorable first impression by answering the telephone in a professional manner.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed. Address issues with vendors or staff as needed.
  • Escalate inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers.
  • Provide support for the team as directed including office supply management, meeting coordination, andequipment care.
  • Create customized client materials that follow brand guidelines.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety ofall individuals in the building.
  • Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisoryapproval.
  • Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
  • Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
  • Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
