CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager in Sydney to lead a team delivering concierge, reception, meeting and event management, and office support services.

You will supervise staff, manage daily operations, and ensure high-quality client service across designated buildings. The role emphasizes cost-effective vendor management, safety adherence, and process improvements within CBRE’s Workplace Experience function.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with a curious mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Manage PPMs and soft services for two commercial tenancies.
• Coordinate daily activities; set work schedules and cross-train staff.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships; negotiate with clients and partners.
• Ensure efficient and consistent support; suggest process improvements.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day issues within systems and processes.
