Jones Lang LaSalle in Sydney is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to deliver exceptional client experience daily at Westpac offices. You’ll manage frontline inquiries, ensure a welcoming reception, and partner with service teams to maintain high standards of service.

The role focuses on engagement, proactive communication, and hands-on support across facilities and related services, with emphasis on safety, privacy, and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, workplace/office operations, or facility/property support.
• Exceptional customer service and professionalism with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider account team.
• Comfort using everyday workplace technology including Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for Westpac employee inquiries and feedback related to workplace services.
• Provide a welcoming presence at reception and conduct regular floor walks to identify needs.
• Support engagement activities and events with JLL and Westpac stakeholders.
• Assist with data collection, insights, and reporting aligning to Westpac’s goals.
• Coordinate with account team to deliver Experience Services across facilities, engineering, and projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and service partners to ensure consistent service delivery.
