Job summary

Sodexo Australia is seeking a Workforce Scheduling Coordinator to source labour from contingency and agency relief pools across our Australian sites and to manage the Time & Attendance payroll system for frontline staff.

Based at our head office in Eight-Mile Plains, Brisbane, the role is Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work from home two days per week after probation. You will collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high standards of time management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll or employment relations (desirable).
• Excellent planning and people coordination skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Understanding of rostering principles.
• FIFO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source labour from contingency and agency relief pools across Australia sites.
• Schedule and manage Time & Attendance payroll system for frontline staff.
• Deliver work to a high standard with excellent time management.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
