Job summary

PMFresh in Sydney is seeking a proactive Labour Coordinator to support our Operations team by coordinating workforce planning, rostering, labour reporting and timesheet approvals.

Working closely with the Head of Operations, Production Managers, Supervisors, Payroll and P&C, you'll help ensure staffing levels meet production demands while identifying opportunities to improve productivity and manage labour costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in labour coordination, workforce planning, rostering or payroll administration.
• Strong Excel skills with data analysis capabilities.
• Experience reviewing timesheets and attendance records.
• Analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and manage priorities.
• Experience with Kronos or time and attendance systems preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or shift-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce planning and rostering to maintain staffing levels.
• Monitor labour costs and overtime against budgets.
• Review timesheets and attendance records to ensure accurate payroll inputs.
• Analyse workforce data and prepare reports on labour hours, overtime, absenteeism, costs.
• Partner with operational teams to manage staffing changes.
• Drive continuous improvement in workforce planning and labour management.
