Job summary

Sodexo Australia is seeking Workforce Schedulers to support staffing across our Australian sites, based at our Brisbane head office with flexibility to work from home twice weekly. Reporting to the Workforce Scheduling Lead, you will source labour, manage rosters and oversee Time & Attendance payroll for frontline employees, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Outlook.
• Solid rostering knowledge and scheduling experience.
• Experience with payroll or Time & Attendance systems.
• Able to work across multiple sites with stakeholders.
• Solid organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Source labour from contingency and agency pools to meet demand.
• Schedule and manage Time & Attendance payroll for frontline staff.
• Coordinate with site stakeholders and scheduling teams.
• Maintain accurate rosters and respond to staffing changes.
