Job summary

Chemist Warehouse is seeking a Workforce Planner for the Eagle Farm distribution centre in Australia. In this full-time, salaried role you will manage labour hire relationships, coordinate rosters, inductions, and probation reviews, and support payroll and safety administration.

You will work with supervisors and management to ensure staffing aligns with operational needs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring labour hire performance and providing timely feedback through the appropriate channels.
  • Ensuring services delivered align accurately with invoice details.
  • Maintaining payroll data, processing leave, and supporting general administrative tasks.
  • Managing and overseeing the Safety Management System (SolveSafety).
  • Supporting a safe workplace through proactive safety administration.
  • Coordinating wellness programs and promoting team engagement.
