Job summary

MEDLOG Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised Warehouse Supervisor for our Eagle Farm warehouse in Queensland. You will lead a team to ensure safe, efficient operations and high service standards for clients.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in a busy warehouse/transport environment with evident supervisory capability, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency in WMS and MS Office, plus a current forklift licence, will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily client requirements are met by warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Manage bookings for third-party collections and external transport providers.
• Coordinate transfers, container unpack, export packs, 3PL orders and receivals.
• Complete administrative tasks using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Conduct stocktakes and report discrepancies.
• Liaise with warehouse administration regarding damage, delays and discrepancies.
• Ensure safety standards are maintained, including toolbox meetings and incident investigations.

MEDLOG is a global, integrated service provider within the container transport industry, operating across multiple locations throughout Australia. Specialising in wharf cartage, container storage and handling, warehousing and distribution, MEDLOG is continuing to grow within the Queensland market.

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our warehouse in Eagle Farm. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead the warehouse team to ensure safe and efficient operations while delivering a high standard of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure daily client requirements are met by warehouse teams
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Manage bookings for third-party collections and external transport providers
• Coordinate transfers, container unpacks, export packs, 3PL orders and receivals
• Complete administrative tasks using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Conduct stocktakes and investigate and report discrepancies
• Liaise with warehouse administration regarding damage, delays and discrepancies
• Ensure safety standards are maintained, including coordinating monthly toolbox meetings and conducting incident investigations

About You

Experience in transporting and unpacking shipping containers and holding a current forklift licence will be highly regarded.
