Western Sydney University seeks a Workforce Reporting Analyst to turn workforce data into trusted insights for planning and regulatory reporting. You will manage dashboards, automate reporting cycles, and ensure data governance and documentation across HR systems.

Working with stakeholders across People & Culture, HR Systems, Finance and Analytics, you will use Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate to deliver accurate outputs and support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree-related requirement or equivalent experience in workforce analytics.
• Strong SQL and BI reporting capabilities required.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage workforce dashboards, reports and automated cycles.
• Analyse data from multiple sources to deliver insights.
• Prepare regulatory and statutory workforce reporting (WGEA, TCSI).
• Maintain documentation of data definitions, rules and processes.
