Job summary

Australian Catholic University is seeking a Workforce Systems, Business Analyst to design, develop and implement system-based people management solutions. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders across ACU to deliver processes and reporting within a hybrid, North Sydney/Brisbane, environment.

You will work within Workforce Systems Data Governance & Reporting, generating project documentation, and building strong relationships with People & Capability and external providers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people management, HRIS or Payroll systems.
• Desirable experience with Aurion, Workday, SAP or similar large-scale platforms.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to design, develop and implement system-based people management solutions and supporting processes.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including process maps, BRDs, functional specs, test plans and user guides.
