Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd in Perth is seeking a People & Culture Specialist – Workforce Strategy & Reporting to shape workforce outcomes through strategic reporting and insights. You’ll partner with People & Culture teams, project teams, and corporate reporting to support workforce initiatives and targets.

This full-time role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and experience with workforce reporting tools like Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

Experience in workforce reporting, analytics and planning.
Strong ability to interpret and communicate workforce data.
Excellent attention to detail, governance and data quality.
Stakeholder engagement and ability to influence outcomes.
Experience creating reports and dashboards using Excel/Power BI.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of workforce strategy initiatives and reporting frameworks.
Develop and maintain workforce reports, dashboards and analytics.
Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Build relationships with stakeholders across People & Culture and project teams.
Monitor initiatives and milestones, ensuring alignment with deadlines.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality.
