Qualifications

Experience with Workday HCM as a Functional Consultant or Analyst.
Hands-on Workday HCM configuration knowledge.
Capability to perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Passion for using technology to improve people experiences and business outcomes.
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Drive the ongoing success and optimisation of our Workday HCM platform.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
Deliver impactful reporting, dashboards and workforce insights.
Champion data quality, governance and compliance across people systems.
Support system enhancements, releases and transformation initiatives.
